Shipping policy

What shipping options are available?
Orders under 1kg can ship on either our 24- or 48-hour tracked service. Orders over 1kg will be sent on the 24-hour service.

When do you ship orders?
Orders shipping on the 24-hour service must be placed by 2pm to be despatched the same day. Otherwise, it will ship the next working day.
Orders shipping on the 48-hour service must be placed by 1:30pm to be despatched the same day; otherwise, it will ship the next working day.

What are expected delivery times?
Orders shipping on the 24-hour service will be delivered the next working day any time between 07:00-18:00. Working days are Monday-Friday.
Orders shipping on the 48-hour service will be delivered within two working days. Deliveries will be attempted between 08:00-18:00. Working days are Monday-Friday.
The above delivery times are estimates only and we do not warrant or guarantee that orders shipped will be delivered within these expected times. Circumstances outside of our control may arise that cause shipping delays in transit; in such circumstances we are not liable for any losses or damages caused or costs arising from late delivery.

What are your working days?
We are open Monday-Friday. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays, so any orders placed during this time will be processed on the next working day.

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the UK through our online store. If you are outside of the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us directly and we can arrange this for you.
